Oracle Projects functionality - for Brazil implementation

Hello,

I wanted to know if there are any localization patches that would affect the way Oracle Projects functionality would roll out in Brazil. We found no Projects specific localization patches for Brazil implementation - Does that mean all of Oracle Projects functionality would work exactly as it works elsewhere (particularly in the US) ?

We are interested in knowing how Project Billing, Project Costing & Project Manufacturing functionality gets affected, due to local statutory requirements which require you to use third party bolt-on Applications (Synchro, Mastercef etc.) to comply with Brazilian government rules.

Any feedback regarding your experience implementing Oracle Projects would be greatly appreciated.
