Rejecting adjustments - not an option appearing on my screen

Hello,

I am trying to find out why I don't have the option to reject adjustments that are in "Awaiting Approval" status.  I am the person responsbile for reviewing adjustments that are in the "awaiting approval status" and approving them if they are correct or rejecting them if they are incorrect.  However,  in the dropdown menu in adjustments it is only giving me the options of "APPROVED", MORE RESEARCH" and "WAITING APPROVAL". 

I would have expected an option to REJECT too but it's not there.  Is this a setup issue?  If so,  where do I go to give myself the ability to reject adjustments that are in "WAITING APPROVAL" status.
