How to spread freight cost over different Inventory Items

Hello,

My users ask - How can I create a standard PO for multiple inventory items and a line for freight and a line for a set up fee and have the freight and fee spread accross the items and show true cost in Inventory.  We are using average costing.  I do not see how this is possible.  I would just grab a calculator and enter the proper price on the item itself but they want the system to do it.  Am I correct that this cannot be done?
