Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Reporting - EBS (MOSC)

When trying to open webadi template , i get a message stating that "You do not have access to the up

Hi All,

I have created a webadi template and assigned it to menu by attaching it as a function which was assigned to a responsibility.

When i navigate to the responsibility and try to open the webadi template , i get the following message getting displayed.

You do not have access to the upload process
Contact your system administrator to grant access to the responsibility you are using.

If i close the template and open it again , it works fine .

This issue comes up intermittently.

How to stop getting these kind of messages.
