Interface Trip Stop completes with Warning

Dear Friends,

1) Interface Trip Stop is completing in Warning for one of the batches. The log file shows the following error message:
Failed to interface Batch 434553 to Order Management because API interface_hea
der_to_OM failed
e_Interface_Stop_To_OM exception has occured

2. After enabling the debug profile options, we ran the Interface Trip stop again.
This time, the log file shows the following error:
CompleteActivity 6144965
wf CompleteActivity error ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/6144965'.
X_Return_status is now WARNING

3. We have searched the metalink and found the mtealink
