FSG output incorrect amount in chinese environment, but output correct amount in American English en

Hi everyone:

    I have a problem when I submited FSG report. It output incorrect amount in chinese environment, but output correct amount in American English environment. I have applied the latest patch, but the problem still exists. The product version is 11.5.10.  Who can tell me the reason? Thank you very much.
