RMA didn't include Discount given on it's Sale's Order

 Hi,

Application version  R12.1.3.

It is a rare and ONE case of its nature that a Discount Modifier applied to a Sale’s Order was not applied to its return (RMA).  The modifier is ‘active’ and open (not end dated).  The RMA value is more than its Invoice.

What can be a reason behind the error and where to check for remedy?
