how to avoid LOCKS in EBS

More or less twice a week, we experiment locks in our EBS. The locks are in the vast majority from INV forms and MWA. i apply "INVTTMTX: Subinventory Transfer Form Is Locking for Multiple Users [ID 783404.1]" , but seems is not enoght.

I work in  a 24x7 factory, but only work as DBA in 8x5, so every lock that occurs in dba-work hours is solved, but during night or weekends, it has lots of posibilities to become a big-interlock.

This locks requires an intervention, because creates a interlock with other sessions. I can´t check the causes of all locks, but often the user experiment a "hang" in forms, then he close that forms, but the apps and db session not disapear, and continue locking till i kill it.
