oracle_process_id as well as oracle_session_id is null.

Hello.
I have few concurrent requests getting completed normal. But for them
oracle_process_id as well as oracle_session_id is null.

When I enable trace, no trace file gets generated. because of null
value I can't find tracefile name from fnd_concurrent_requests.

What could be the reason, how can I enable trace for these and is ther
anywhere else I should look for database_process_id.
