Generating logfile on System from Grid Console Job

Hi,

I have RMAN jobs running from Grid console and I recived the logs in my mailbox  from Grid for all scheduled task.

Now I want same logfile on daily basis what I receive in my mailbox must be placed as a copy on server. I searched on metalink and google it but could not find relevent information for same so how can I maintain my logs for RMAN jobs scheduled from Grid console as it only have option to sent a mail configuring your SMTP server.
