: Where can I get the 11.5.10.2 NLS software from?

Hi,

We have an 11.5.10.2 instance with US and F languages installed.  I now need to install Italian.

So far I have:

1) Registered the Italian languages in sysadministor
2) Update multilingual tables. I hit bug 7284848 so I need to apply patch 4397811

So now I need to "Create language patch area" before running in the u11510upgnls.drv patch.  But I don't have the 11.5.10.2 NLS software.

Can you tell me where I can download it from?
