Contract Term Negociation

Hi:

I would like to know if there is a way in which supplier can modify contract/provision clauses during sourcing process.

For example, when buyer creates RFQ and applies contract terms and conditions to this document (contract template), the supplier can preview this contract output as a PDF document when querying RFQ, but cannot modify them as part of the quote creation process. 

How can clauses be modified by supplier?
