Multi-Select picklist

Hi,
I have a requirement wherein we have to create a multi-select picklist field with different values. When the user select 'Other' as a value in that MS picklist, the layout should change dynamically to allow the user to enter a value in another text field after selecting 'Other'.

I wanted to know what is the best option to configure this functionality.
