Default Search

When creating a new task from an Account Detail page, it used to be that if I clicked on the magnifying glass next to the Contact field, the pop-up box would automatically include the contacts in that Account for me to pick from.  Now it just gives me a blank page and I have to search for the names I want or simply click "Go" and all contacts at a given account show up. This only started happening after the newest Oracle release. How can I default this search field back to the way it once was (click magnifying glass and all contacts automatically
