How to restrict Employee directory function to view only same Business Group Employees when Multiple

Hi,

We have 5 Business Groups one Instance.  All these BGs are enabled with SSHR.  The requirement is to restrict Employee Directory function to show the employees of same BG.  Please note that Security Profiles does not control Employee Directory Function.
So, kindly share the solution if you know.
