Hello experts,
I have a customer that gets the following error while submitting a custom concurrent request for processing billing requests

FRM-40733: PL/SQL built-in SET_GROUP_NUMBER_CELL failed.

This request set set has 3 stages:

Stage 10 submits 2,992 request

Stage 20 submits 2,250 request

Stage 30 submit 1 request



This request runs fine in 11i but it fails on R12.

Customer tried on the R12 upgraded instance to delete 750 of the invoice processes and the billing request set ran without an issue.

Is there any restriction for processing this volume of requests ?
