Unaccounted Transactions Report (XML) concurrent requests runs forever.

Hi,
I ran 'Unaccounted Transactions Report (XML)' concurrent request and it runs for an hour and I had to cancel the request. Normally it takes one minute.
What could be the reason behind this. Please help me.
