Siebel Strong Encryption Pack

Dear All,

As a part of Siebel Strong Encryption Pack installation, While extracting Jar files for Siebel 8.1.1.0 .

We are unable to find Siebel Strong Encryption Pack .Jar files . Any one has idea how to get Jar files for Strong Encrpyption pack and second since we will apply in developement server. In case any one can share limitation/ best practice for installation of Siebel Strong Encryption Pack.
