FRM-92101 : There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup

Hi,

We implemented Oracle Forms and Reports applications for one of our customers and deployed with Oracle Application Server 10gR2(10.1.2.3) on Windows 2003 (32-Bit). We noticed that once the no.of users logging to the application reaches around 40-50 the following error is displayed:

FRM-92101 : There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup.
This could happen due to invalid configuration. Please look into the web-server log file for details.
Details...
Java Exception:
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Forms session > failed during startup: no response from runtime process
at oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException.CreateConnectionException(Unknown Source)

We opened SR with Oracle and we are yet to get a solution for this issue. If anyone has faced this issue and got a solution , please provide the details. I am sure this is one of the bugs in Oracle AS10gR2 but not able to find the right solution. I faced this issue in Oracle AS10gR1(9.x) also few years back but that time the issue was resolved by applying a patch.
