IBM User Profile and ftp permissions in the Oracle Universal Installer (A9.3)

When using the Oracle Universal Installer, the IBM user profile noted in Part 3, Step 11 of the Quick Installation Guide not only has to have User Class set to *SECOFR it also has to have ftp permissions. 

Note:  If using QSECOFR, for the IBM user profile in the OUI, be sure the ftp permissions have not been removed.  If ftp permissions have been removed for QSECOFR the OUI process will not run successfully.
