Datapump is running slow on one than other same version of Oracle 10.2.0.5

I am refreshing Test and Dev databases with the similar dump files. On Dev it takes only 11 Hours where as on test it takes more than 31 Hours. I check on Test table creation takes 1 sec per table where as same table on dev it creates 8-10 tables per sec. Both databases are 10.2.0.5 running on HP Unix. dump files are locally on both databases.
