Reporting on User log in frequency

In the Usage tracking area, is there a way to track the days that a user did NOT log into CRM (other than weekends) by using a filter or formula?    Currently we are doing it manually on a spreadsheet by running the report daily and logging the last log in date in a running spreadsheet.
