How to, using ACA in manufacturing environment to get detailed cost variances on component parts?

Hi,

I am new to ACA and new to my company.  We manufacture household items like toilet paper, paper towels, etc.  Our accounting group has come to us asking how they can get the details of the WO variances out of the G/L.  Right now they say they can only get the raw material total variance and what they really want is the individual cost component/parts variance level of detail.  I hope I am explaining this right.  They do not use ACA right now and from what I can see it has not even been configured nor does it exist at all
