Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is 14204524 patch equivalent available for Oracle db version 10? (locks on ora_aspnet_sessions table

We are experiencing locks on ora_aspnet_sessions table causing performance problems.

We are using Oracle database version 10.2.0.3.0. Patch 14204524 addresses this issue in version 11.1.0.6.20 and later.

Is there an equivalent patch for our database version or is it safe to apply this one?
