Personalization to disable destination type code in the requisitions screen

Hi,

I am trying to write a personalization to disable the Destination type code, so that users dont change it, i followed the attached steps. but i get the error "FRM-41316: Cannot insert allowed property of disabled item LINES.DESTINATION_TYPE_DISP

Can you please let me know, how can i get this work?
