Hi Abhijeet : Welcome to the EBS Patching community.

This thread will address your following question

To test the patch 14310239 installation issues I applied first on ZAQA instance (before progressing on CAQA) and the patch got error while compiling the one of form. Please find the details as follows:

FYI… As per readme no pre-reqs for 12.1.3 level before applying this patch.
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

iex forms/US IEXINDTL.fmx

Worker log information:

Compiling RESTART trigger on form...
Compilation error on RESTART trigger on form:
PL/SQL ERROR 103 at line 22, column 1
