rebuild oracle database from dbf, redo, control, parameter file

I lost oracle software partition on linux .... 

I have everything available on other partition like dbf, redo, control and parameter file.

I reinstalled oracle software on other partion. 

Now I have oracle sofware installed on one partition and other physical files on one partition.

how I can start my oracle db  or link oracle software and physical database.???
