AME : Can we create more than one rule for Requisition Heirarchy

Hi All, i have define the required setups in which i have created the conditon, action types, approver Group and assign them in the respective group as well but now i am looking for define another rule in which i want parallel approval so i just want to know either i can do so or not ????
i mean to know it is possible for us to create more than one rule for Requisition Heirarchy ??
