Siebel Fix Packs  8.1.1.9 (patch Id:  14795143)   and l 8.2.2.2 (patch Id 14527638) are GA
Downloads available on Oracle eDelivery Cloud and My Oracle Support.

NOTE: To search for the 8.1.1.9 patch files on MOS portal using "Patches & Updates" tab use the string:
    8.1.1.9 23016
as the
   8.1.1.9
one - will NOT find  items.

Alternatively one can find patch files using  the Patch Id.
