Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 11i; Request translation Synchronization Patch for Italian but got Frecnh instead

Hi,
Currently within our 11.5.10.2 environment, we have US and French language installed. We now need Italian. I uploaded a manifest file, but the patch that I was given is for French.

11i Translation Synchronization patch 15991544 for French is available at:
https://updates.oracle.com/ARULink/SimpleSearch/process_form?search_type=patch&patch_number=15991544&plat_lang=2L

Is my Italian patch still being prepared or has there been a mistake here?
