ATT, ATR and onhand qty show incorrect data on material workbench form.

Steps to reproduce

1.Responsibility: INV Supper User,
Navigate to On-hand,Availability >On-hand Quantity, query by following:
Item= F0603HI1000V032T, Subinventory=SWSM, Locator=SZ
then Find, Click on Lot Number=*F1410321*, click Availability and go to Availability form:
Total Quantity=Available to Reserve=Available to Transact=3775

2.Close Availability and Material Workbench form, Re open Workbench form, query by following:
Item= F0603HI1000V032T, Subinventory=SWSM, Locator=SZ.
Find, Click on Lot Number=*F1410321-01*, click Availability and go to Availability form:
Total qty:3000, ATT:3000.

3.Close Availability form. Back to Material Workbench form,
Click again on Lot Number=*F1410321*, click Availability and go to Availability form:
