Sparc enterprise T5220: start /sp/console not showing output

Hi All,

I try to connect to solaris OS via ILOM but the "start /sp/console" command dont show me any output, i don't have solaris promt to use commands.

I just have : Serial console started.  To stop, type #.
But nothing after that

The server is: Sun Sparc Enterprise T5220
OS: solaris 10

I need your help please.
