Solution for data migration scenario.

Scenario:Consider closing stock as on on 1st Dec is uploaded to production instance. 
On the same day on shopfloor work on one assembly is in progress & 50% of the material required for assembly was already issued (This material issued against assembly is already considered in closing stock).
So how to go ahead with this particular WIP assembly. Because if I create job order & issue remaining 50% material to this job then its cost will not be correct.
Any ideas?
