In R12 (12.1.3) supplier sites are rejected with Rejection Lookup Code:- AP_INVALID_TCA_ERROR & AP_M

Hi All,In R12 Instance, Supplier sites are getting rejected by supplier site import program with the below rejection code.Rejection Lookup Code:- AP_INVALID_TCA_ERRORReason :- Inconsistent data entered as compared to TCA records.But with same address I can see sites in under other suppliers in ap_supplier_sites_all table.Not sure why this site got rejected with above reason.Could any one please help to resolve it.Rejection Lookup Code:- AP_MULTIPLE_ADDRESSReason :- Multiple addresses exist for the address details provided. Please give the correct Party Site NameUnder same supplier there are 2 sites with same address but it is in other operating unit.So not sure why this site
