R2.1.1 : RTI patch confusion

Hello,

Please could someone clarify a qustion I have regarding the RTI patches.

In Payroll mandatory patches document ID: 862407.1, There are 2 RTI patches listed:

14847920:R12.PAY.B RTI: Real time information changes 2012-2013 -: CONSOLIDATED PATCH
and
14313532:R12.PAY.B RTI: Real time information changes 2012-2013

Do I only need to apply patch 14847920:R12.PAY.B RTI: Real time information changes 2012-2013 -: CONSOLIDATED PATCH? Is 14313532:R12.PAY.B included within this? or do we need to apply both patches?

Please advise
