batches without user

Hello,

Since a few months, we have every day  batches without batch user and without batch date. I can revise them manually, but I really prefer to know the reason.  This problem involves several users, (not alwyas the same), several countries, several batch types (mostly V and G)

Does anyone of you have the same problem or found a solution ?

We are working on JDEdwards - Xe version
