Aggregate Balances - for FAH

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
We have the GL Aggregate Balances API be used to calculate the aggregate balances in GL. On similar lines can we use/extend the same API to generate aggregate balances in FAH (custom balances table to be used).
