Oracle deinstall utility does not elevate UAC admin rights

Hi,
when you install the Oracle client 11.2 on Windows 7 it requires Admin rights and elevates them. When I run the deinstall utility, the Perl environment is never elevated. Is that a bug? Should I file a SR?
