For using ORP/ORR do we need the Orchestration License?

Hi,

Is it necessary to have Orchestration license to be able to use ORP/ORR capability in OSM 7.2? We are using the older version of OSM - P6, and we are planning the upgrade to OSM 7.2. We do not need Orchestration so much. It would be nice however to use ORP/ORR.
