Summary Accrual Reconciliation Report

Hello
Does the ‘Summary Accrual Reconciliation Report’ produce report using the data from the Load run?
We ran it on 2 different days Dec 1/12 and Dec 5/12 and the balances have changed. The Load Run wasn’t run in between.
Would anyone be able to provide any info on this ?
