Adding a database post deploy: Your method? preferred methods and a note to help

We have been seeing a few questions regarding how to
   a. add a database after deployment
   b. how to install a standalone database and not RAC
   c. how to add a standalone database to Node2

The following note on MOS provides a good example (step by step) on how this can be done

Keep in mind that we often suggest using OakCli to create databases vs. DBCA
