Validation Docs

We’re developing a CRM Validation Protocol for our system/modifications.  Do you know where I can find information about validation paperwork the Oracle team did for the CRM when rolling out R19?

 

I know where to find the Validation check lists/templates provided on the Training & Support site, but am looking for server info, basic functionality (address formats change when selecting a different country… etc).

Any thoughts?
