What is the difference between an AXML file and PDX file? Which is better to use in which use case?

Hi,

1. What is the difference between an AXML file and PDX file?

2. Which is better to use in which use case?

3. Are there any standard loaders that will translate the data in these files and load it into a database with some format?

4. What is the best way to do a full export of the items and change data from the Application?
