SCAN IP VIPS Configuration in Windows DNS server

Hi ,
I could not locate information on how to configure SCAN IP   from the Windows DNS servers. Network/sysadmin  could not find a way to configure one SCAN Name resolve to 3 Ip addresses and also need to document on how to enable round robin algorithm on the VIPs allocated .Please let me know how to configure SCAN  Ips  on DNS .
