PDF file Not Display in Media Object Viewer but a separated window

The customer has E900/TR9.1.2.1. Using IE8 and Adobe 9.
Here is the issue:
- When viewing PDF attachment or adding PDF attachment, The PDF is not display within Media Object Viewer.
- After unchecked "Display PDF in Browser" from Adobe/Edit/Preferences, the PDF file is opened in a different window.
- Tried regedit to verify AcroRd32.exe, nothing helps

My question was is the issue is E1 related or IE/Adobe settings related? Any suggestion on this issue? Thank you in advance!!
