UOM setting and displaying a Unit of Measure attribute on Parts - Product Callaboration only

Subject pretty much says it all.  There is a UOM setting for the server, but is there a UOM propert that can be used on Parts subclasses to specify which UOM is to be used for that item when placed on a BOM?
