What is the best way to transfer the Subsidery Ledger data to Parent Ledger data for the First time.

First everopen period 'DEC-08'.

Present Subsidery open period 'DEC-12'.

IS it JAN-13 YTD data for the first time and then going forward it will be every month PTD from FEB-13.
