spfile in backupset

I have just created a service instance of a database to prepare for RM recovery using oradim.  I am in Windows platform.

I already have a  backset ready for recovery with spfile and control files embedded in the file. How can I do a ‘startup nomount ‘using the spfile in the backupset?
The backset was created by a rman script.
