Auto update of taks by using emailcenter (same as SR)

Hi,
is it possible to to auto update the tasks like SR interaction. The goal is we want to create one SR and many tasks --> as soon as agents want to close the task we want to capture the email notes automatically instead of copy and paste into notes. Any tips/ideas greatly appreciated.
