FIFO cost issue

Checked the FIFO cost caculation method, found all the Inventory cost caculation just base PO price instead of invoice price, sometimes suppliers invoice will more than or less than PO amount, so the inventory cost is not our customer wanted, can we change some configuration to realize inventory cost caculation by AP invoice?
